In response to the October 7th attacks, Israelis of all backgrounds have united around a collective volunteering effort in support of the displaced border communities and the security services' mission.

Now we invites you, adult travelers of all ages, to tap into this national volunteering drive — for the people of Israel, in the land of Israel, while the needs are greatest. Together we will volunteer 4-6 hours a day, bear witness, and stand in solidarity with the people of Israel.

NOT INCLUDED

TRAVEL GUIDANCE

A VIP airport greeting and transfer to our hotel will be provided for anyone arriving to Ben Gurion Airport in the late afternoon (exact timing TBA). Guaranteed hotel check-in is available starting at 3:00pm (luggage can be stowed earlier). On the final evening of the program, a transfer will be provided back to Ben Gurion Airport in time for flights taking off from Israel between 11:00pm (Sunday) and 1:00am (Monday).

ENROLLMEMT TERMS

  • A $250/person deposit is due with your registration and is non-refundable 60 days prior to the program start date
  • All program costs are in US Dollars
  • The balance is due no later than 45 days prior to the program start date after which payments are non-refundable
    Unique exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Payments may be made by check or credit/debit card, however, a 3% processing fee applies for credit/debit card payments (does not apply to initial $250 deposit). Note: credit card fees are not refundable
  • All program dates are confirmed, however, Authentic Israel reserves the right to cancel trip dates in extraordinary circumstances
  • Participation is subject to a minimum of 10 participants fully registered as of July 16, 2024
  • If the minimum participation is not achieved, all payments will be refunded. Travelers are encouraged not to book flights till the minimum is achieved.
  • Authentic Israel reserves the right to deny participation according to its sole discretion
